I had high hopes of working together, but the communication was non-existent. There was no follow-up to set up the initial consultation. When an email finally came through, it was a single line—"What would you like me to do?"—with no salutation, context, or hint of professionalism. If they handle paid cases the same way they handle prospective clients, look elsewhere.
