HIGHLY SUGGEST ANOTHER LAW FIRM. After almost two years I had to switch firms, to which then my case was settled within months by a very successful firm. I never spoke to the attorney once at this firm for almost two years. The paralegal did not even know a doctor suggested surgery and never included it in the damages requested. Also did not report to me the insurance offered a settlement amount until I called in months later for update.
