We hired Mr. Paul Ranney to handle a small estate settlement. We in writing agreed to a year. A year goes by with excuses yet still nothing. I had inquired with a well regarded and well known attorney in the area. He stated our lawyer could have giving us some money if we really needed before 1 year.
