I had to file for bankruptcy. I was not looking forward to it but it was a choice that made sense for myself and my family. I met with some wonderful individuals who made the process less terrifying and quick, even after crying in their office from embarrassment. These ladies were amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you, Dempsey, Dempsey & Hilts P.C. I am finally looking forward to getting my life back on track thanks to you.
Mrs.Dempsy was extremely rude and told my intellectually disabled son he was a gold digger and he could get a job playing video games! My son has autism and an iq of 65. She also told us to go to a doctor to "treat" his autism! She is a horrible excuse for a lawyer. ****update ***** We got another lawyer named Mr. Koch who filed my son's ssi clame and it went through with flying colors. Mrs Dempsey is an idiot!
Their office gave me a reminder call the day before. Office staff was prompt and friendly. Attorney was straight to the point and knew what she was talking about.
