Ben Ostroff represented me on a Traffic Speeding Charge in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. I had tried this Case Pro Se in the District Court for Baltimore County before Judge Zellweger, a very not nice, prejudiced, Police Officers Rubber stamping Judge who is supposed to be fair and impartial, to give an honest Citizen a Fair Trial.
