I totally agreed with Joe and Michael’s reviews below, and was totally traumatized by Andrea’s abusive behavior and unprofessional practices. I approached Andrea to update our existing postnuptial agreement that she drafted several years ago with two straightforward pieces of information: our new address and the revised split percentage. I chose to hire Andrea Hirsch in a very difficult time in my life. I was in a very fraught divorce and negotiations were not really going well. Once I started working with her, we were able to come to a fair resolution. She was amazing and I highly recommend Andrea Hirsch!
I hired Andrea to review a pre-nup agreement. It immediately became clear she could not follow instructions or meet my minimal expectations and I let her go. She told me that she would refund me the remainder of my $1,000 retainer. Yet, 1.5 years later she sent me another bill and claimed that I owed her more money. Would NOT recommend. Update: After more than a year of this dispute and my submission of several complaints to local legal organizations, Andrea agreed to drop the additional charge.
