Not a good firm to hire for workers Comp or disability. Alex Dell does not work the cases. He assigns them to young attorneys without any prior experience. They do not prepare you for litigation, they do not call you to inform you of how your case is doing, you get no call backs when you leave messages, they claim to have either called, mailed, or sent an email. HORRIBLE! my ss disability sat in a drawer for 7 mos after the attorney assigned left the company. They had no idea. After that they promised better so i let them stay on. I called 8 mos later to be told well other people have cancer and other things. Disgraceful!
