The receptionist seemed annoyed and was very short with me. When I was first transferred to talk to someone they were quick to answer and then my call was dropped because of the bad reception on my end. When I called back it took a few minutes to get transferred ( no big deal but seemed on purpose) but once I was connected again I apologized for the call being dropped and she continued to ask me questions with an attitude.
