I’ve had a great experience with The Laurent Leasing team. They are always responsive, professional, and quick to help whenever I have questions or need support. During my lease renewal, they provided different options and helped me compare them so I could make the best decision. I really appreciated how smooth and easy they made the process. Special thanks to Ann, who is always warm, patient, and very detailed when explaining everything. Overall, a very positive experience.
The maintenance team did a quick replacement of our broken laundry washing machine. We have lived in this unit for two years and if you do your research, the front end loader washes will eventually fail (door lock) due to over use -> opening and closing the door multiple times a day. The GE washers are also ridden with control board problems. Thanks team for doing a good quick replacement.
One of the reason I decided to chose this property was Alexandra Jones. She has been very helpful and she was extremely nice answering all the question I had. I called her several times, and she sounded upbeat and always glad to answer any question I had. Before choosing this property I checked the reviews and also called other properties where I did not feel welcomed. I hope everyone and The Laurent will continue delivering excellent customer service same as Alexandra.
Had an excellent time touring with Alexandra Jones. She was kind, considerate, answered all of my questions impeccably, and showed me the whole place as much as possible. She is very knowledgable and it made my touring experience 10/10. Unfortunately there was no unit that fit my exact move in date, but I will be keeping my eyes peeled!
