The apartment’s front desk staff was helpful and professional when I raised a concern about a resident blasting loud music with a speaker with explicit lyrics in the gym & him constantly shuffling the songs. They listened and came up to address the issue. However, the resident was dismissive and told me to “complain downstairs” when I asked him politely to please wear a headphone, which is frustrating because the gym is a shared space and everyone should be able to use it comfortably.
