Andrew Williams has been my dentist for years, Mr Smiley before that. I’m am probably a nightmare due to nervousness. I cannot fault him he has been, and continues to be amazing. So much patience with me and explains the process throughout. The whole dental practice is amazing. Would recommend without a doubt. Thank you all.
Rude and unhelpful literally cannot be bothered to do their jobs. That’s with the private denial treatment couldn’t imagine the lack of care if it was on the NHS.
I visited this dentist today as an emergency patient after four days of pain. I am so grateful that eight hours after a stage one root canal I am completely pain free - thank you to all.
Yesterday an emergency appointment was made for me by the nhs, at the laurels dental practice Clydach, as i dont have my own dentist and was suffering with bad toothache. My dentist Katie Davies was wonderful, very friendly. She took a x-ray and a decision was made to extract the tooth, after a couple of injections, Katie removed the tooth no pain, no excess bleeding, just straight forward, she explained the after care and gave me a leaflet. Absolutely disgusting the way I got treated at this dentist. I understand there is a policy with NHS patients and not having an appointment within a certain amount of time. However, I was suffering through a horrendous bareavement with losing my partner and father of my children (last thing on my mind was to go to the dentist) also having a severly autistic child and my mum going through a horrific horse riding accident breaking nearly every bone in her body.
