Do not move here. This apartment appears nice from an outside perspective, but you quickly begin to see the deep flaws. The only timely thing that happens here is the fees that get thrown on your account when the managers want their money. The parking situation is an absolute mess. The inside lot is supposed to be for tenants but that’s a joke and not enforced. The apartment sends out texts pretending they’ll enforce it but just a heads up, they won’t. I have tried calling several times and they never answer. They never responded to my emails. I have also stopped by during their office hours multiple times and they are never there.
Posting for a friend If your looking for an apartment don’t go to Laurel Flats. Building manager is rude and condescending. Constant fees. I work night shift and one morning I didn’t bring my trash can in soon enough and I watched the building manager but my trash can in front of my door. They expect you to hire out a contractor on your own expense which is easily hundreds of dollars to shampoo and condition your carpet before your lease ends. Moved out and i must say i really miss this complex, wonderful staff and fun activities for residents
I’ve lived here since 2020 and Dustin is by far the best maintenance person that I’ve run into. Courteous, efficient, and responsive. He definitely makes it easier to live here. If you have a problem he’ll take the extra time to make sure that your problem is resolved. I can’t say the same thing about all the property managers we’ve had in my years here.
