I have lived here for about 1 1/2 years. Great apartments! I especially love the yard for my dog. My other favorite thing about living here is although it is close to everything and super easy access to 249, it is quiet. We don’t hear a lot of traffic which is nice for when you just want to relax in the evening after work. Office and maintenance staff are top notch! This is the second time we have went to The Laurel looking for my mom an apartment … it’s the second time we’ve been turned away with no tour. When we walked in the manager made no move to greet us or speak. My daughter approached her desk and she then spoke. My daughter asked for a tour and was told “no I’m sorry I’m busy doing a report can I get your name and number and maybe I can help you another day.” That’s all. And this is the manager ? My son found this place and I can hardly wait to leave!! The new management is Aweful!! They come in late, leave early, and could care less about us!Over priced! Pictures make it look so much better then it looks nicer then it is Now! A joke!!
To whom it concerns the new management team Cynthia Perez and leasing Mrs. Thelma Rocha have stepped up to the plate and has made some awesome changes here at The Laurel. Their maintenance staff is great always keeping our home and property nice and clean. Most of all everyone who lives here are like family everyone looks after one another. Very peaceful and friendly place to live and I call my home.
