Couldn't recommend this place enough! Moved my parents here and they have been super happy with their new home! The staff is amazing, maintenance issues are done quickly, and the community here is very welcoming and warm. Arvin took care of my concerns and made me feel comfortable about finding my parents a new home, he goes out of his way to make sure you are always taken care of!
Arvin is the heart and soul of this place; they have recently changed from a family-owned business to a corporate owned and a lot of the staff has left. Arvin is one of the few that remains and he really carries that special care and love for the community that the previous owners prided themselves on. They don't have the fanciest rooms, but the residents and Arvin really go out of their way to make this place seem like a true close-knit community.
The Laurel, so far has been Amazing!! Our 86yr old mama moved here more than a year ago as they were transitioning to new ownership. Arvin, from our first encounter until now, has been super helpful, kind, and productive. Our mama is very happy in this place run by him, May, Gamila, and all the warm and friendly staff in the kitchen, maintenance, and environmental services.
