Some of the older positive reviews are from when this business was owned by a family and called Redwood Villas. It has now been purchased by a corporation. If you are considering moving here, it might be a good idea to ask about the ownership and do some research on that company. One recent problem is lack of timely attention to maintenance issues. Water is pooling on the kitchen floor of my mother's apartment from pipes leaking underneath. I believe it's been almost 2 months now.
Most the time elevator not working , rest room, and check chicken
Wonderful place nice people and personnel. Food is good and apartments are nice and relaxing.
