The Laurel is a smaller complex with only 12 buildings altogether set in the U style formation with a cut through road that connects the east and west sides of the property. Each building is two stories with four apartments per floor. There is only 1 pool near the front office building, two adjacent entrance/exits and 3 sets of 6 stand alone garages.

This community discriminates against individuals with 15+ years of no criminal record. law biding citizen. self-employed. Even though proof of income clearly shows 5 times the rent amount. applicants with questionable past beyond years not recent, even for as stupid as drugs or fight records. are often denied. despite having years of consistent honest living. The community unfairly limits the individual housing options.
A friend just moved in here it looks like a good place to live.
