My father moved in the memory care wing of Laurel at Norterre. The intake process went beautifully no hitchs at all thanks to the administrative staff. This was just the beginning every step of the way while moving him into his apartment to the day to day care of my dad was nothing short of outstanding. Upscale very clean
When The Laurel at Norterre opened in 2018, my husband & I toured the facility during their Open House only because we had a family member that was going to be working there. We were so impressed with everything that The Laurel had to offer that I said when the time came that my mom could no longer live by herself this would be where I would like for her to live. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to everyone at Tutera Tiffany Springs. My mother in law has lived there a year and she’s been so well cared for. The food is amazing. We’ve actually voted their burger as the best we’ve ever had!!! There are so many activities and such awesome staff members working hard to make it a community. We have been especially pleased and impressed with the cleanliness and the maintenance team.
