Both of my parents(each with different care needs) lived here for a year before my mom's passing. Now my dad is there alone. I have found a family here! My parents have been loved and cared for well. The other residents also look out for each other. Family involvement is welcomed. I found the right place to give me peace of mind!
I can not say enough great things about Norterre’s Laurel AL and Memory Care! If your loved one is ready for their next chapter in life, look no further! Amber and Karen care for their residents like they are their family. They go above and beyond. I’ve never met two more passionate women! Paige is just as amazing, she will walk you through the process in a breeze!
In the journey to locate the next chapter for my 91yr old father, I stumbled upon The Laurel. Working with Tonya was a delightful education in the world of Assisted Living from a person that genuinely cares about the human at the end of the service. This journey was probably one of the most difficult choices I've ever had to make. The experience I had with Tonya and The Laurel helped my family make it through this enormous decision. There aren't words with high enough praise for Tonya and her staff.
The Laurel at Norterre, is a beautiful community. They strive to provide compassionate and individualized care to all residents. Additionally, there are a variety of different activities and opportunities to build community offered here, such as, music, art, culinary experiences, gym memberships, and much more!
