I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and support at Laurel Apartments. I moved in just two weeks ago after spending nearly $6,000 on moving expenses, deposits, and associated costs, expecting a smooth transition and a property that was ready for occupancy. Unfortunately, I was never informed that the washing machine in my unit was broken prior to move-in.
