I applied to live here 5 months ago I got approved but they asked for such a big deposit so I declined I’ve been waiting for my admin fee to be returned and have not received it and it’s been 4 months and I have not received my money this is so dissatisfying and disappointing. I’ve called every month and they say they send it but I haven’t received it.

I absolutely love living at The Laurel! From beginning to end every one was so attentive and caring which is rare in this time. Christian was my leasing agent and she was amazing and very knowledgeable she answered every question I had. I have been here about 3 months now and I have no complaints. Maintenance (Wade & Todd) is great and always gets the job done quickly. If they know it won’t be a quick turn around job they always communicate, which was a problem at my previous community. I absolutely love living at The Laurel Apartments! The entire staff is amazing and always so welcoming. Britni and Sophie go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and their kindness never goes unnoticed. The maintenance team is just as wonderful—Wade and Todd are always prompt, professional, and take the best care of my family. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!
