Very poor experience. They claim they inspect all equipment before putting it for sale. I spent $15,000 on an ironer that was complete trash. Every safety switch had been by-passed and was inoperable. The heating mechanism was unsafe and a major fire hazard. We brought in a 3rd party to get an estimate to get the machine repaired to a point that it was safe to operate and would produce a quality product. The quote for repair was $10,000. Just joined this laundromat and I'm loving it! It’s clean, the machines are modern, and I didn’t have to wait at all. Plus, the staff is really nice and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend!
I love this laundromat! It’s always clean, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, the machines actually get my clothes fresh and fluffy. Definitely my go-to spot!
These people are criminals! They require payment in full upfront and then good luck! When they will contact you back, it's always "next week, shipping next week." They lie: "Oh yes I emailed you with an update." Like do you think I was born before email and don't know how this works? Show me you sent message. Prove it. Do NOT do business with these people. Can't wait to face them in court though, so I can put faces to the deceivers.
Do NOT use this company to sell any machine. Used them to sell a machine in July 2024 and have still not been paid for it and it is now December 2024. Trying to reach Brian is nearly impossible. Owes me a large sum of money. Whenever I call I get sent to voice mail with no call back. When I call the office and talk to his secretary she hangs up on me. Brian if you see this, this will be removed once my check is delivered to me.
