Been using them for the past 5 years, and have been super happy. It lifts a huge weight of my shoulder to have the laundry done and come back all clean and folded. I think there membership definitely is worth the value

Been using The Laundry Bag for at least ten years, always exceptional service.
DO NOT USE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would! Tried to schedule online, but nothing was ever confirmed. I called them for information and John, the owner, was so rude and unprofessional, I can’t imagine how he’s even in business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wish I had seen all the negative reviews before wasting my time.
I'm am currently having a serious issue with lost clothing. Will update this when/if it is resolved. Got almost all my clothes back after a couple weeks. Was refunded for the fee of "laundering" them.
