Never refunded me after their products were taken off of the market due to a high level of bacteria. Shame on Unilever!
I ordered items online and have never been able to reach customer service. It’s been 22 days now and no response to emails, calls or texts. I even called the recall line and the lady answered only to say she wasn’t part of regular customer service and could not contact them herself. This company has nonexistent customer service and I will never be buying from them again. As someone who never had acne in her life, I started to have bad skin reaction while using their products. I was trying to get reimbursement and I only got partial credit back because those are their “current selling prices”, not to mention that I have two bottles purchased within half a year that are barely used. Don't waste your time and/or money on this soap! I'm going back to the laundry soap I have used for years. This is an overpriced, overhyped product that I never plan on using again! Their customer service is absolutely horrible! Nuff said!
