I am so impressed with this hospital ! I had the TAVR procedure done just yesterday and while terrified and vulnerable I had the most amazing care , The nurses were all exceptional. Most especially Brittany ( a God send ) and Hannah . But then EVERYONE who checked on me were wonderful, I felt SEEN and protected . Amazed at the caliber of all Mt Sinai employees ! I am so appreciative of their kindness and empathy ..
The wait here is unacceptable! You have to make an appointment weeks in advance to see a specialist and then wait an hour past your appointment time once you get here. Appointment time 1:20 Told to arrive early. 2:20 and still haven't seen my doctor Not to mention the Flies in the waiting room. Gross
