Lack of being able to communicate. I ALWAYS left a tip talked good about this hair salon but unfortunately the same reason my family member no longer will be coming to this salon I will also not! Lori is not very nice.

Haley just cut my hair and was very helpful since I have no idea how to go to barbers or stylist. She was awesome and did a great job.
