I had my consultation the first time and a test was done and then the tech tells me that she red to dilate my eyes so I left and scheduled another appointment to conduct that test and all others. On the day of this second appointment, the technician asked me if I have been there before and I said yes and then asks what test was done. She point to a machine and I said yes. She had no idea what was done on my previous exam and relies on my memory, never conducts that dilation test but runs other imaging exams. I was just obser... read more
The whole team was amazing. They were kind and supportive throughout the entire process. So happy to see without my glasses again. 10/10 highly recommend.
The staff there is super amazing and helpful Very kind of group of people there and very informative
I had a very easy experience from beginning to end. The staff were kind and patient with my questions. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes and by the next morning my vision was better than my vision with glasses before the procedure.
