Not worth the headache if you're trying to shop around for LASIK. I made an appointment online early this week for tomorrow (Saturday). I got a confirmation call about this appointment. The woman on the phone said she would send me directions (she didn't). I decided to look around at different providers and made a virtual appointment at TLC in Madison. Apparently by making this appointment, it cancelled my in person appointment for The LASIK Vision Institute. I'm glad I couldn't remember what time my appointment tomorrow was... read more
Great staff
First time I’ve ever left a review but I was thoroughly impressed with them. While I was a viable candidate for the surgery they found the start of a cataract in one of my eyes and they informed me that if I got the surgery now the formation of a cataract later would likely negate the surgery results. I was impressed how they put my needs first and foremost. Down the road after my cataract requires removal I will be sure to get any vision corrections done there if needed
