I had a very good experience with LasikPlus from day one. Jesenia helped me from the very beginning. My first language is Spanish, and I speak and understand only a little English, so I felt much more comfortable with her assistance since she speaks Spanish. After my procedure I felt pain not going to lie. But I took my nap and when I woke up I felt so much better. I was scared to open my eyes, but I slowly did. Today, one day after I have 20/20 vision. This procedure has changed my life. I had two astigmatisms and very poor vision. What an amazing feeling it is to have my vision back. Thank you to my surgeons and the amazing team for getting me in so fast and making me feel comfortable in this journey!
From calling in to get the consultation, to the post op appointment the staff was friendly and caring. I felt welcomed and each staff member had my best interest. The surgery is crazy cool especially with how quick it is, and the amazing results thereafter. I highly recommend!
