Staff make the process extremely easy and service is prompt
This place is amazing!! Receptionists were so sweet and kind. They fully explained everything to me and the instructions were super simple. As for the procedure, it was fast and easy. I highly recommend coming here for your procedure.
The team at Lasik Vision Institute Plantation, FL were amazing through the entire process, from 1st consultation with Rita & Juan to procedure day with Vanessa and Dr. Fox, and post procedure follow-up with Juan and Dr. Gonzalez! Everyone was so helpful and comforting when I felt nervous and super supportive with everything I needed afterwards. I'm already seeing 20/20 and healing perfectly just 3 days after my procedure! One of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had!
Had a great experience with the entire staff! Juan, Rita, & Vanessa were welcoming and answered all questions. Excellent customer service and patient care :)
