I'll be the very first to admit that I was very anxious. I really like my eyes! Even though I couldn't see the proverbial broad side of a barn...LASIK was something intimidating. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to go in for a consultation on a Saturday - with a hectic M-F schedule this was very convenient. Rita and Dr Fox met with me and walked me thru the process, putting my mind at ease. All the worry and contemplations i had in the past was reassured that it would be an easy , pain free experience. My consultation was done by Juan. He was very informative, knowledgeable, patient and nice. He made sure to clean all equipment before performing testing. He explained everything to me. It was a pleasure meeting him today. Other staff were also nice and understanding.
