They lost my paperwork from when the Columbus location closed. Now they are telling me I’m a new patient and I don’t get my free touchup . I had paid extra to get this back when I had my initial surgery. Then they tried to schedule me to give me a free consultation to tell me how much it would cost me to do the surgery again. Please think carefully before getting any type of Lasik surgery here. I got Lasik back in 2019, and have had permanent dry eye, degeneration of vision, severe sensitivity to light, and terrible night vision ever since. My night vision is so terrible after getting the procedure done, sometimes I don't go out at all. I went to three different eye doctors, who all told me that they could tell I had severe dry eye from prior to the surgery, and should've never even been approved for it in the first place, even though the doctor ... read more
