This business keeps their doors locked, I arrived 10min early and was not let in till 15min after my scheduled appointment time. Front door has a sign that says ring bell to enter, no bell was present. Called 3 times to be let in. No wipes/personal cleaning materials offered before or after service. Real quick technical review: I was able to get a same-day booking, I came in at 11:30am on a Tuesday and was in the chair at 2:00pm. I paid $125 or $120, not including tip. It took about an hour and a half, we did have to re-lift my eyes since I got the solution slightly in my eyes the first time (my fault, and it was immediately remedied!! 😅) This was my first time ever getting my lashes done, or my first time really ever seeing anyone for beautification. Unfortunately after my most recent experience I will not be returning. I have gotten my lash lift/tint done here about 6 or so times now. They hire really young lash techs which has normally been fine, even though I have had some concerns with skill level, and professionalism over the past visits, my lashes ended up looking fine. However, my last visit was awful. I called in to ask about availability and was told they were able to see me. I have been seeing Jacquelyn for over 4 years for lashes and I ended up leaving my beloved lady who did my hair for over a decade to do that with Jacquelyn as well. I live 1 1/2 hours away but anywhere closer to my home that I have tried does not compare. Everyone is great!
