I had my lashes done by Isabella and unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the result. I’ve had lash lifts dozens of times so I know what a good lift should look like. I had a feeling something wasn’t right when she spent a full two minutes brushing out my lashes after the treatment. Stopped coming here last November. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes after I was told the woman who I had the appt with was behind… 20 minutes went by and I was then told that she was not in….. I was lied to… complete waste and disregard of my time and the front desk didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Two weeks ago I decided to try them again. I absolutely love my visits to Genna’s lash room! I recently had a lash lift and tint, and I’m thrilled with the results—it lasts for such a long time.
