This place is no longer in business! They still have their website up to schedule appointments & she is collecting non-refundable deposits to confirm your time slot. I made an appointment, put my deposit to do so, showed up for my appointment… when I went her ‘salon’ location it was a law office. Apparently over time things change, Crystal collected a deposit from me, told me multiple times she'd do my lashes . She stood me up, didn't answer my text, I drove there 3 times , She told me 2 different days she just had a car accident. Last night she said she wasn't returning my deposit. Then I find out she hasn't been there for 2 months .Looked up case search. I attempted to contact the company by calling the provided number multiple times, but unfortunately, there was no response. It is essential for customers to be aware of this situation when considering booking with this business, as there is a risk of not receiving the expected service.
Very disappointed. I made an appointment at 5:45 pm today to get my lashes done and when I arrived the light was off and the door was locked, so I called the number on the door and a young lady answered the phone and when I said why I was calling she hung up on me. I called back and no answer. So unprofessional. I they had to do is call and reschedule my appointment. I drove way up there for no reason.
