Apparently over time things change, Crystal collected a deposit from me, told me multiple times she'd do my lashes . I attempted to contact the company by calling the provided number multiple times, but unfortunately, there was no response. Very disappointed. I made an appointment at 5:45 pm today to get my lashes done and when I arrived the light was off and the door was locked, so I called the number on the door and a young lady answered the phone and when I said why I was calling she hung up on me. I called back and no answer. So unprofessional. I they had to do is call and reschedule my appointment. I drove way up there for no reason.
