Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate of someone’s time and effort. Made an appointment last week for today at 9:00am and got there a few minutes earlier just to find the establishment closed - waited half out outside and called several times and no answer. Its been 4 hours and I haven't received even an apology email/text. Drove over 40 mins round trip for nothing! Please don’t waste your time and money on this place!
The hours listed online say they are open until 7:30pm, I booked an appt for 5pm but got there even earlier as expected. I felt a little rushed as if the tech wanted to leave soon. I'm impressed that my set took 30 min and came out very nice but there wasn't any after care instructions or anything after the service was done. I'm happy with my lash extensions but I would recommend not accepting clients an hour before closing. i rate it 3 stars because I felt rushed.
