I’ve been going to The Lash Lounge at La Cantera for about 3/4 years now and have ALWAYS had great service! I’ve stuck with my lash tech, Lacey, but have seen other lash techs and service always stellar.!
It was very frustrating. I booked my appointment two days before hand and the day before they emailed me about making a deposit for the appointment which is totally fine and I totally understand and was willing to do so and I immediately emailed them back saying what they needed for me and how to make the deposit And I didn't hear from them so l show up to my 8 AM appointment and she finally emailed me back saying the time has been taken. Great location, staff was friendly and very skilled. Highly recommend
Lacy is wonderful. She made my lash experience great. She asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was to my liking. I would definitely recommend her. My lashes lasted a long time.
