ANDRE is amazing and is vary professional. For start to finish it was great experience. You can tell from his touch and lashes hes take great pride in his work. I LOVE my lashes and will most definitely be back!!! Also this place is sparkling clean i was so impressed. All of the staff were vary nice and professional. GO THE LASH LOUNGE 👏👏
I am not impressed with this chain as there is a lack of employee accountability and no way to speak to franchise owners if there is a problem.
Love my lashes, amazing customer service. Definitely coming back actually signed up for the membership. Ask for Sadie she’s great.
