She's become my friend over many years. I recently endured a massive loss and I was not an easy client due to eye movement; she tried , in advance, to help me relax, but after my massive eye movements, she was very kind. She was so decent about my trauma &: heartbreak and the pain & time it caused her. Paloma is the absolute best & I'm so grateful for her.

Had my first appt today with Paloma. I got classic lashes for an upcoming trip that I will be taking. I’ve had my lashes done many times and I’ve tried a few different places, but today was different. It was only my first time meeting Paloma and she was so nice and made me feel right at home. You can tell right away that she is a genuine person and she takes her time to make sure that everything is just right. Paloma is super professional, kind and gentle! She made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable, I got a classic set of lashes, it’s natural looking and I really like it. We’ve talked about me possibly getting a volume set next time for a fuller look, and I’m already excited to see how its is going to look! I can tell she’s a perfectionist because towards the end I could feel that she was triple checking that the every lash was on point! 100% recommend!
