These people are scammers. Make sure they don’t keep your card on file. I made an appointment for Tuesday. Called and cancelled that same day. Lady on the phone said my appointment was canceled and I wouldn’t be charged. Later that day I check my bank account and they charged me ANWAY. THAT IS CRAZY. I didn’t authorize the charge. And I’ve been messaging them and they claim “ they did not receive any call” there is lack of communication at the place. Do not come here unless you want to be scammed.

Everyone at TLD beauty studio is always going above and beyond. I had my first facial there with Kailan and she was amazing. She examined my skin and used products that were tailored to my condition and skin type I felt like she knew my skin better than I did. she was so gentle and continuously updating me and asking if I was doing okay. Kalian's extractions were my favorite her hands are magical I felt genuinely nurtured. My skin is so smooth my pores are so much smaller my skin glows and its so much more plump.
