I don't typically leave reviews, and I cannot speak for other artists in this facility, but my experience with Hair By Shannik was very disappointing. In short, I booked her for my bridal hair, put a deposit down, and paid for my trial. She did not show up to the day of my wedding (due to a family emergency, which is fair), but did not have a replacement stylist, and did not answer any of my calls or texts for almost 3 hours, and only replied saying there was an emergency and she would not be coming after my makeup artist me... read more

I went there for a full set of lashes before my wedding. She put the lash tape across my eye ball and I had to ask her to readjust it. During that process she scratched my eye. I went to urgent care today and was given antibiotic drops and I now can not wear contacts for my wedding! Very sad, stressed, and disappointed. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Would leave lower but unable to. Came just now and door was Locked even though it states open until 8pm very unprofessional.

I went to get my lashes there for the first time. I think her name was Genesis. Just unprofessional. Did not feel comfortable with the whole experience.
