HORRIBLE lashes. They started to fall the second I left. I have a cluster of lashes separated by my inner corner, and cluster falling into my eye. Would never go back. Wasted 140$ on them.
I love getting my lashes done here. When I can’t make it to this location, I got to Gatineau. Hannah always does a great job for me.
I just did my lashes and the set itself is okay. But I got severe pink eye and my eyes have been swollen since the night I have had the appointment. I have had lashes done in the past and I wouldn’t consider myself to have sensitive eyes but they are really uncomfortable, to the point I cannot blink.
Not happy, I came back with over half my lashes still on, they wanted to charge me a full set. No where else does this based on amount of days. On top of that, their work is sloppy, clumps of lashes come out and you’re ready for a refill almost a week in most likely because they apply the lashes sideways, it’s sloppy. The last time I was there, I’m pretty sure two different people worked on each eye and they didn’t match. Won’t be going back
So unprofessional. It’s a money grab, They don’t even care about the work they do or their reputation, They should it’s a competitive field. They use cheap products. The glue made my eyes so irritated.! Even when you complain, they don’t care to make you happy. Also, I believe while I was having my service done, they were going through my purse!!!
