Tori was so sweet and accommodating! She made me feel really comfortable the whole time and was super kind and patient. I had such a good experience with her at The Lash Bar Ottawa and I’d definitely recommend booking with her!

i didn’t want to say anything but my lashes are still not okay months after. They over processed my lash lift and damaged my natural lashes. they broke in half. ive used clusters for years and never had a problem like this i asked for eye brow waxing and after she waxed she didn’t even get any hair and still charged me the 15$ waxing fee. on top of the 95+ lash lift.
Ladies warning this lash bar @lashbar Greenbank Ottawa, ON by far the most dishonest business I have ever been too basically just wasted my time and expected me to a pay a full set when I already had lashes on…they tried to pull a fast one on me because they wanted financial gain. Poor customer service as well 😤
