I needed a gun part engraved and the owner made it extremely simple; I walked in with the part, let him know what I wanted, and a short while later I was out the door and on my way. High quality work and he was very attentive to making sure it was 100% right and what I wanted before he started. 10/10, I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any kind of engraving done.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I called about getting a logo engraved on a wood stock, and from the very first interaction, the gentleman I spoke with was rude, condescending, and outright disrespectful. Instead of helping or explaining their process, he talked down to me like I was wasting his time for not already knowing how everything worked.
