As someone who works in customer service they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Efficient, professional, local and reasonably priced. They got my special order done within a couple of days and they came out perfect. I cannot recommend their laser engraving services enough!
I brought a handmade olive wood chalice from Jerusalem to be engraved for an ordination gift. Dick worked with me to make sure that the engraving would work on the chalice (imperfections on a handmade item can make the layout different in the machine) and that it looked how I wanted it too. The whole process was quick - I was able to have the finished product within 15-20 minutes and I love how it turned out! I’ll definitely be coming back to get some personalized gifts!
