Very nice experience. Was able to walk in off the street and had a custom engraved Christmas ornament for my niece done in under 20 minutes. Service was superb, price was very reasonable, and the results were outstanding!
I had a specialty item that I needed work done on. I took the item to 4 different shops. 2 of them told me that could not do the work. The other 2 not only told me that could not do the work, they told me it couldn't be done! Then I found Dick at The Laser Shop. Not only was he able to do the work, he did an excellent job! His attention to detail and communication was greatly appreciated as well. I highly recommend The Laser Shop!
Richard is a great guy. I wanted a Yeti tumbler engraved and he had it done in about 20 minutes. It came out perfect. Now I'm looking around the house and yard for other things I might want to engrave!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TWIN CITIES LASER.. just by the phone call! This place could use a cheery phone assistant. I called once, said hello..heard swearing he hung up. Called again to inquire- Immediately answered very rude saying he wasn’t gonna answer again, I assured him I wasn’t spam and just wanted to ask some questions about dropping 3 water bottles off. He was still being extremely rude I said I’d call a different place if talked to me like this. HE SAID GREAT AND HUNG UP
