I had fat freezing sessions done on my arm with Chale and she was an absolute gem! She guided me through everything, suggested the best treatments for me and was absolutely lovely. I feel like some companies guide you wrong, pushing treatments on you but the girls at Cypress Quay only suggested what was best for me as an individual only! The results were great but I appreciated more that everyone at Cypress Quay were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Made everyone 10X better. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your response. You did ask for progress pictures, but I explained at the time that my hair was growing back within just 2 days and causing irritation, so I had to remove it every alternate day. This made it unrealistic to take photos showing the true extent of the regrowth. I was under the impression that the therapist would be able to monitor progress during my sessions, yet nothing was mentioned about any concerns or adjustments until I raised the issue myself at the end. I completed 7 sessions of laser hair removal at Cypress Quays and unfortunately saw no noticeable difference in my hair growth. I spent a significant amount of money expecting better results, but when I raised my concerns, the team didn’t seem particularly concerned or interested in addressing them. Very disappointed with both the outcome and the customer service.
