Wish I could give zero stars. Total scam. I bought a package online and called many times leaving multiple messages and nobody called me back. Do not waste your money like I did.
I was really looking forward to my appointment for Valentine's Day but my appointment was canceled after my money was taken to book my appointment. I tried calling in hopes that another service provider would be able to complete my lash lift and tent but no one answered the 3 different numbers I called, I even left a voice-mail for all 3 numbers and one has gotten back to me yet. I am highly disappointed, this was a huge waste of time. No I would not recommend this place because of how unprofessional they are.
Worst experience at this place. Have done laser hair removal at multiple other places in the past and for the first time ever I had laser burns all over my arms. I had even told the technician multiple times that it was extremely painful while the process was going and told her that I’ve never had pain/burning like this before. Instead of taking time to adjust setting and try on an area she rushed the entire appointment by saying it was common to have site pain for 30 mins.
