I love love love coming here. I look forward to my sessions and once it’s done, I feel like ME again. I had an issue with their service with Nicole. She has cancelled my appointments back to back. Has anyone else had this problem? When I asked for a refund they are refusing to give my money back. If your machine breaks down 2x a month, why are you booking clients in? It takes their technician weeks each time to fix the machine. The first time this happened, my appointment was delayed by 1 month. Laser hair removal on its own cannot afford any delays in appointments because you’re basically tampering your results. I have nothing but incredible things to say about my laser tech. She is incredibly professional and takes her time to do her job well. After having a terrible first experience with laser, she took her time to check in when turning up a setting and asked during our treatment sessions how things were feeling. It genuinely feels like you are talking to a good friend in your sessions. The space is clean and easy to access. I’ve seen a very noticeable reduction in hair growth in just our first few sessions.
