Disappointing and frustrating experience. the business completely vanished. The website is now offline, they no longer answer calls, and there was no communication or notice of closure. I was mid-treatment, with sessions scheduled weeks apart per the package, so the contract extended over a longer period — not something I could rush. I trusted this business with a large upfront payment, and I feel completely taken advantage of. If this was a permanent closure, the right thing would’ve been to notify clients and offer refunds... read more
Extreme Disappointment is all I can say. Company closed down their Miramar location without telling anyone in time. I had 4 sessions left and simply asked for a refund. There has been no communications from them, plus the treated area they did is growing back hair. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Not reputable.
