Absolutely terrible experience! These people are thieves! I have been in the industry for over 12 years now. I engraved two rings here and they wanted to charge me $150! For a job that should have not costed anymore than $5-$10 per engraving! Whether you are in the industry or not walk around and find different engravers, who charge reasonable prices. I had two 14k gold rings I wanted welded together & one of the things was an opal so they needed to laser welded because opals are delicate and can crack under heat. I walked into The Laser Booth, explained what I needed, & they did it for me in 25 minutes. The welded ring looks amazing, the price was very reasonable, & the staff were so kind. Highly recommend for any jewelry repair needs!
