Absolutely terrible experience! These people are thieves! I have been in the industry for over 12 years now. I engraved two rings here and they wanted to charge me $150! For a job that should have not costed anymore than $5-$10 per engraving! Whether you are in the industry or not walk around and find different engravers, who charge reasonable prices.
