Nice place, rooms small but updated.
I like that it has a bar and some food. It's kind of the Central of the city to make it walkable for food and drinks. I don't like the elevators are in one corner and carpet hard to move luggage . Gym downstairs is nice. Good place for business convention . Rooms are hot when entered and only stay cool if moving in there because of motion sensor. The suites look really nice to be romantic. There's a spa here too. View out windows is taller buildings which is not the city view they make it 🤔. Overall good but not great.
This is an excellent hotel, absolutely love the rooms and overall decor. Lobby bar and restaurant are great. The location in the Loop isn't ideal on the weekends, but it's got good proximity to the El and walkable to River North.
This is my second home- these people treat me like I’m a king! Love the restaurant as well. I’ll always be back!
