Upscale place with contemporary vibe. Comfortable beds!
The staff is unbelievably rude or indifferent. The shower drain didn’t work, we had to call 3 times to fix. The “engineer” who came to fix it was very rude when I asked questions about his 2 sec fix and walked out without answering. They never cleaned our room (3 guests) so we didn’t have towels or turn down service. They lied and said the DND sign was on the door. There is no ironing board in the room. Overall, great hotel. Nuri at the reception wasn’t very helpful unfortunately.

This hotel was a bit underwhelming. While it's in a great location and has a beautiful aesthetic, the overall experience fell short. The gym was decent, the front desk staff weren't the friendliest, and our room was noticeably dusty. The beds and pillows were just okay, nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
