If I could give 0 stars I would! The attendees at the front were amazing but the checkin lady was initially rude on first approach. The manager also made a comment about us going to “cheaper” hotel I find this very offensive and micro aggressive I did not see them greet any other guest as such. Staff on the ground level will lead you to the elevators to access the 21st floor reception, restaurant, gym and conference rooms nested under a mansard (?) roof with 100+ rooms on a few well appointed floors below.
