I expected more from an autograph collection, marriot property, holes in the sheets, extremely dark rooms, restaurant, horrible food, I accidentally left my blow dryer. There, phones were down for an entire day took a cab over there to retrieve it, they said they didn’t have it. I wanted to open up an investigation because it was a very expensive blow dryer the next day they miraculously found it. They never called to tell me about it. I had to call them.

This hotel has lovely rooms and a very attentive staff. Nuri, at the concierge, was especially kind and made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Thank you for a great stay!

The LaSalle Chicago, Autograph Collection has easily become our favorite hotel in Chicago. Any chance we get to stay there, we take it. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but what really makes the place stand out is the people. The staff is consistently incredible and you can tell they genuinely care about the experience they create for their guests.
