We arrived early with my kids at 1400. They told us that we cannot check in until 1500 because thats the check in time. Then they didn’t let us check in until 1600 because there were late check outs. Well I started with two noisy kids for two hours in lobby. Not very luxurious as it sounds and looks. I am sure this never happened and its the first time. This was such a fantastic hotel! The rooms, at all levels, are super spacious and comfortable. The whole vibe of the hotel is classy and elegant but also modern and refreshed. The location makes it easy to walk everywhere fun in the city, and it is close to all sorts of conveniences like pharmacies and coffee shops. The food at the hotel is delicious! And the room service times and options are very generous. I highly recommend this spot!

I haven't even checked in yet but already love this hotel. I have called a couple times to talk to the front desk. I talked to Maria at the front desk to help with a few details to our arrival. She really stood out to me since she is extremely knowledgable, nice and helpful :) I will be sure to come back to edit my review after our stay.
