Stayed here on a roadtrip moving cross-country. Every single person who helped us, from check-in to valet to concierge to the restaurant staff, Irena and Garon, were consummate professionals in the best sense. Warm, convivial, and generous with their time and help. They made us feel right at home, and were just as kind to our cat as they were to us (not the restaurant staff, we didn't bring her for dinner.) The LaSalle was a nice Autograph location with a solid bar and decently appointed rooms. The setup for the lobby/rooms spread across the floors/elevators was a bit odd but we got used to it. I felt our room could have been a tad larger, but the shower was one of the best I've tried at a Marriott recently. Didn't adore the location, but we were within walking distance to some cool spots.
Power had to be reset every day we were there. We were out all day and would come back and have to call and wait for an engineer to reset it. If you’re ok showering in the dark the place is great.
I met with the events staff to make the final arrangements for an upcoming wedding celebration. Segine and Matt were so wonderful. I know we are in good hands and that the events of the day will be wonderful! I am so pleased.
