Sometimes they can be a little slow getting back to you, but that’s because they are really busy. Generally speaking the claims team is really nice and accommodating.
Administrators can never be contacted. They have clients still assigned to administrators that have left the company. The UI of their portal is impossible to use (can't make modifications to uploaded documents), requires always contacting admins that are never available to make changes, and the receptions or people receiving the calls will constantly escalate to nowhere or just drop you off at voicemail. Worst company ever.
Of I could give a negative review I would. I completed all the maternity leave documents a month before i went on leave. Then, the day i had my baby, I started receiving emails telling me there were new forms that i needed to fill in order for my pay to not be delayed. Seriously? After giving birth I had to start worrying about forms and getting paid? I still managed to fill those forms and my pay was still delayed, my HSA contribution was not made.
