Extremely Satisfied – Laptop Shop recently repaired the back-light on my laptop in all of 45 min and at a very reasonable rate. I am extremely satisfied with their work - my laptop is as good as ever with a crystal clear screen! Found them through a referral and will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.
Definitely going Back – I took my 2-year old laptop to Laptop Shop because it had an overheating problem. The laptop is an LG, which is an uncommon brand in the US that they never worked on, and there was no manual to be found for how to open it up. Still, they found their way in, cleaned out the vents, and applied thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. High Quality Customer Service – I went to two different places before Laptop Shop, but these guys are super professional and provide high quality customer service... Much better than the larger operations that are all about charging a boat load of money just to look at your computer.
best of the best ?? – i took my computer for a new DVD WRITER what i got was a READ ONLY CD PLAYER i took the device back after getting my computer repaired ( properly at altex ) so they not only got paid - but they got paid for nothing
