The Lantern of Lenoir City is a great option for anyone with cognitive issues. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Davida, the director of nursing, is a true resident advocate who has their best interest at heart. She's always willing to jump in and help wherever she's needed. James, the executive director, is kind-hearted and easy to talk to, and he has a great team under him. If you're looking for a memory care home, give The Lantern of Lenoir City a look.

The staff is very caring. The place always smells very clean. The cafeteria seems a little disorganized. They want all of the seniors to come out and eat and they wait a long time to eat their food. The accounting department made a mistake on my bill and I could not send the money in time before I was charged a $65 late fee for their mistake.

This is a wonderful place for seniors. It is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They try to do a lot of activities even though they are dealing with some difficult mental issues. They never stop trying. The food is good. It takes too long to serve people. They need to do it more like a school cafeteria and rotate smaller groups. Overall a wonderful place

I had a great time entertaining the residents of The Lantern. From Kayce to James and the seniors, everyone was great to work with. There's a reason they're called the Greatest Generation: they are just that. If y'all would be interested in having me back to sing, I would be honored. Five stars.

My sister was in your memory care just a little over a year until her passing a few months ago. I thought your memory care was wonderful. Your workers were all very professional and did an excellent job at assisting the residents. The meals were very good. A couple of our church members are in your assisted living buildings.
