This community is the best Memory Care in Louisville- hands down. I have been at this community for 3 months and proud to see people care so much. The team is lead by a dementia expert with tons of local resources. Programming really is person centered and the care team serve with heart. I have enjoyed my time here and would highly suggest to anyone needing memory care in Louisville!!
I personally want to thank everyone.my mother received such good care. my mother has Dementia is a horrible disease. It takes a lot of patience to take care of someone. And here at lantern, the staff is wonderful. They took wonderful care of my mother, and they made me feel like I'm family. I would recommend this place for your loved ones also very clean . If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I can't name everything negative about this facility other than to say this video and the tour are all smoke and mirrors as well as flat out lies. My husband was here for six months before I moved him. He was neglected on a daily basis, left to lay in a urine soaked bed for several hours. I have been a Physical Therapist for 29 years and have worked in many memory care units. This one is exceptional! The staff members have worked there for many years which can be very unusual in the healthcare field. They are very loving and caring individuals. They treat the residents like family. I’m proud to work there.
