I rarely have a need for a GP appointment as I find over the counter meds can sort out most ailments but of late I needed some fairly urgent assistance and have to say the service has been first class... Many thanks to all. A grateful patient of Lansdowne:)
Lazy receptionist don’t want to do anything to help people, hardly answers the phone and won’t put you through to a doctor
Absolutely rubbish kept on hold for ages to be cut off again and again. whats the point of phoning for help if you cant get through to them.
