Bougie but really nice place
We loved staying at the Langham! Wonderful guest experience, friendly staff, good on-site restaurants, poolside service, beautiful accommodations. We were very pleased overall and would happily stay here again! Also… my husband left an entire bag of laundry behind and the hotel held onto it for us! Nice that you can count on them treating you well and taking care of your belongings even after you check out! They would have mailed it to us but we were able to go back and pick it up.
Really disappointing. You arrive and given a map to find your room with two bottles of water given to you as there is an empty fridge in you room with nothing cold to drink in the middle of summer. Somehow they don’t know what hospitality is.
Stayed here for a short work trip and it was absolutely beautiful! They have a peaceful patio/courtyard in the center where I’d love to stay all day. Beds were comfy. They took great care of us for our meeting. Hoping to stay for a personal trip next time to more fully enjoy the property!
