My second time. High end and definitely worth the money. You won't be disappointed! The executive level and access to the executive lounge is definitely worth the upgrade. Really couldnt be better.... trying to nitpick but i can't. A++++

We spent several hundreds of dollars to stay at the Langham, but the quality of the room was sub-par and our only "view" was of the parking lot. The front desk staff was not very welcoming or friendly.

我们在这里住了15天 就要求最后一天延时退房 我们可以付费用 他们坚决不同意 说房间都卖完了 要求我们11点之前腾空房间 我们的食物放在门口 结果不知道被谁偷了 他们说查监控 结果什么也没做 这个酒店来住的请三思 We stayed here for 15 days and asked for a late check-out on the last day. We could have paid for it, but they refused, saying they were sold out and required us to vacate the room by 11:00. We left our food at the door, but someone stole it. They said they were checking the security cameras, but nothing was done. Think twice before staying at this hotel.
