Stayed here in Feb 2025 while in town for a funeral–the team at the Langham went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
While this is an historic and beautiful old hotel, it’s failing on service and experience that is expected and essential for the 4 or 5 star hotels that this place probably compares itself to. I’ve stayed at The Del in San Diego, the Breakers in West Palm, and several Conrad, JW, and Four Seasons properties through my travels and while this hotel should be on that level it is not. What a wonderful hotel. True 5-star experience. Outstanding staff, wonderful rooms, exceptional food. 2 pools. lots of variety in the space. I stayed 4 days but could have stayed much longer without getting bored.
Absolutely beautiful, definitely gave off princess vibes.
