Great place, awesome location.
Did not rate the customer service here. Air-con didn't work for 2x nights and only received a $100 off. Considering I'm paying for a premium hotel its unacceptable

Just tried to purchase a gift voucher for breakfast, for $120. Unfortunately the receptionist said they couldn't do that. I had to purchase $100 or $150. Bahahahaha!
